No customer service. I could not talk to anybody about my experience with the trailer. I left my contract in a key box. I was guided through the website. The trailer was leaking water and most of my boxed inside got wet.

Very poor customer service and an extremely disappointing experience. The employee who assisted me was unprofessional and disrespectful. He spent much of the interaction yawning and showed little interest in helping me, which made me feel unwelcome as a customer. What was even more frustrating was the final charge for the cargo van rental. U-Haul advertises cargo vans for $19.99, and although I understand there are additional fees such as taxes, insurance, and mileage, the amount I was charged was unreasonable and far higher than expected. The pricing was not clearly explained, and I felt misled by the advertised rate. Customer service and transparency are important, and unfortunately this location failed in both areas. I would not rent from this location again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.
