Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisVehicle smelled like Urine, and had an empty tank. appropriate accessories for trailer were not provided. Check engine light came on halfway through my trip. Stopped at a uhaul location they said to keep driving it, went to the drop off location, was told to go to another drop off, went to the other drop off. Was told to go back to the original drop off or I would pay a transfer fee. This is not for the single location, this is for the entire company, and your policies, and customer service.
Jacob MDid not show me how to hook up anything. I did not know about the ramps or how the straps worked. I also did not know about the chains.
Kari MGreat location guy was very friendly called him on the phone he called me back quick and told me what to do
