Great service from G&S gravel but I feel like the price rate through U-Haul to rent the trailer was outrageous but we had to have it

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTerry was very accommodating when schedules didn’t align due to an issue with my original rental site in London (due to a costumer’s not returning a truck; not the dealer’s fault). Both Terry and the manager from the London site were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with!
Martha Jlove these people.
Keith REasy drop off location.
KATIE SEmployee where the truck was picked up was very rude and not helpful. They continued to have a personal conversation on the phone and i had to ask them to multiple times to pick up my uhaul. Had to go back twice before I got a truck because the first one was blocked in. The heat knob would not work so there was no heat and it was very cold that day. Passenger Side mirror kept falling down so it was very difficult to see. Overall was not a good experience at all and I will never pick up at that location again.
