I'm not happy about the trailer tires not being in good repairs

Andrea YThe location was great and easy to get to and lot of space. The contactless pick up process was a nightmare not EASY AT ALL. Couldn't even complete the pickup process on the app and record the pictures or mileage on app. The drop off process were bad also, had to do everything twice.
John BThe Sales Associate was very responsive and helpful. My move was from out of town. She supported my drivers as well as myself along the way offering resources and tools to ensure a smooth transition. I will rent again and again with a Marianna Self Storage! Thank you April 🙏🏾.
Chadwick SSend an email informing the rental to allow 1.5 hours to go through the mobile app. It never recognized my geo location. I had to call and was in hold for quite a while. The photo section kicked me out 4 times because I took too many pictures because of all the damage to the truck. Then there was no box available to put the lock. I had to turn it the next day when I was back in town. The blankets and dolly were not in the truck. And it did not have any extra miles in case of an alternative route so I got charged for going over the limit. All of this made my day even more stressful.
