Gerald ADrop off location is very far from my home.
Raymond MThis was the worst experience ever. It started with poor communication with the first location selected, no return phone calls. I was basically told sorry, there is nothing we can do. When I finally got to the location to get the trailer - it wasnt ready. It was dirty on the inside, the license plate had unreadable numbers, and the trailer was frozen into the ground. I called customer service and was told I would have to call roadside assistance. I was picking up a trailer - why would I call roadside assistance? I received the trailer 2 days late and then I was called and texted to return the trailer 1 day early. This was a very frustrating experience.
