Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisPoor customer service. The person said the vehicle was not available and wouldn’t help me. I had to call U Haul who then had to call the location to tell them the truck had not been properly checked in from the previous rental. It was only then that the person helped me. This wasted 45 minutes of my time and I was on a time crunch. Unacceptable.
Joshua AThe van had a low tire warning light that wasn’t reset so worried we’d get a flat the entire rental time. U-Haul also should not claim its a 19.95 rental when it turned out to be over $70 for an in town rental used less than 2 hours
Rachel CWhy a cleaning fee..?
Nicolas JThe actual mileage and gas were off from the contract by hundreds of miles. The person at the location would not or could not help. Emails and calls to Customer Service did not help either. Now U-Haul has held me responsible for someone else’s possibly illegal activities. Do not rent from this location..
