The Team in Mason City, IA did a fantastic job at accommodating my rental needs, much more than the Corporate U-Haul reservations team that called me several times only to tell me my rental wasn't possible, even thought I was confirmed a rental more 10 days before my pick-up. Hats off to the people on the ground!
Rick RP&T Sales was a good location and good service. The reservation system and the location hours need to be synchronized. The reservation was made for another location but due to availability it was transferred to P&T Sales. The reservation time and the locations hours did not match and the reservation was not updated for a mobile pickup. This added about 45 minutes of delay in getting the vehicle.
