Julian made the drop off easy and quick. He was pleasant and helped me relax, while he checked the truck and did the final paperwork. No hassles at all. Only a very small (and reasonable) fee, because I was several hours overdue in returning the truck. I appreciate how he handled everything so well. My thanks again to Julian and U-HAUL! :-)

My only concern was I had asked if I needed to do anything concerning registering my return with U-Haul, he indicated that no it would be taken care of, two days later I received a call from U-Haul asking if I had returned the trailer 🤦â€â™‚ï¸ U-Haul service center was very helpful

Kristy T.Watch out for bogus "cleaning fees". I never hauled anything in the back of the truck. Only used it to get to the next city which was 2,5 hours away. Not enough time to move anything. Picked up and dropped off 2,5 hrs later the same day. Got a charge on my cc. Waiting for a refund.... hopefully
