The original drop off spot was supposed to be 6831 W Main but the business was closed and the drop box was open with a cut off lock sitting in it. I had to drive to Kruizenga Archery instead. While this location was great, I got charged extra for mileage that I shouldn't have had to pay and it was not Kruizenga's fault.

Make sure your equipment is safe
KAREN EThe guy there was super friendly. I was over-charged on the U-Haul transaction after he already submitted my card info so he made a real quick call and got a refund issued to me before I left the lot. None of the problems I had were with him but the U-Haul company themselves.
