The travel plaza location was excellent. However, we had booked our uhaul at a closer location and it was NOT there when we arrived. Uhaul found a larger truck at the travel plaza and only charged us for the original size truck and reduced our mileage rate for the inconvenience. But, the extra travel and paperwork caused us to be late meeting our movers, which ended up costing us more to complete the move. We will use uhaul in the future, but this particular experience was stressful and uncoordinated and cost us more than it should have due to uhaul's mistake.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck was so full of dog hair that when using the air or rolling down the windows it would fly everywhere into your mouth and face. I’m so glad we weren’t allergic.

SAMUEL BPick up location was fine, just not the preferred location.
Michael WMy reservation was changed and had to pick up at a different location. I was told that I would still be able to pick it up at 8 AM. At 8 PM on the evening before I was to pick it up I was called to tell me that I could not pick it up until 9 o’clock. I arrived at 8:30 and waited until someone finally arrived at 9:20. I had rented this truck to pick up items that I purchased in an auction. I had loading dock time from 9 AM to 11 AM. I did not arrive to load out until almost 10:00 I lost out on loading some of my purchase due to not being able to get it all in in the time allotted. To say this was anything other than a nightmare would be a lie.
