DEBORAHLYNN RTail light was out on passenger side of dolly and strap was little torn other then that great experience would come back again in a heart beat great customer service.
Casey Pcharging a 15 cleaning fee on a open trailer is bullshit!!!!!!! there is no cleaning thats being done on a open trailer.. i would like someone to communicate with me why there is a 15 dollar fee, also i didn't see anything on contract about a fee.
Michael lThe trailer was in good condition, the manager hooked it up for me and made sure the lights worked. I never had any other Uhaul rental do that. I appreciated them looking out for my safety before getting on the road.
