would not recommend uhaul at all. entire experience was a disaster with no phone call, change of pickup location, and no code to get keys. never again!!!!!!!

When we receive the truck, there was no equipment in it to help us load the truck. There was nothing in there. The truck didn’t even come with strap so we can hold the furniture down. We had an empty bear truck when we opened it. Also, I booked movers from U-Haul and when I was speaking to the representative, she told me that I would only need two movers because I booked my movers to U-Haul when the movers arrived they were late. They did not want to work. They complained about the job and they threatened to quit several times one of the movers actually did leave. I don’t think that I would ever rent movers to U-Haul ever again
