Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des aviswas told i would get my deposit back upon return of the unit, i was misinformed because i have to wait a month for a cheque to come in the mail. that is very concerning due to the high costs of relocating and then being told your deposit will be returned when you return the unit. then you return the unit and get told its going to be a month wait. very unprofessional I do not recommend this to anyone, due to being lied to and misinformed. I know the money is coming but being out that much money for a month is unreal to say the least.

Kevin CConformation before I left for a 1200 km trip to get it would have been better. The power was off when i went to pick up the trailer, so the staff did things the old way on the phone and used Hotspot for my payment. It was really appreciated!
