Cab not clean, had trash it, gas tank almost emptyll, so when i returned the truck, I had about half tank more gas then when I got it but no credit given. Staff did not know how to process a pickup so made a call , asked me about how many miles im going then charged me immediately for my estimated miles. Ill NEVER use this location again
DEBRA LThe individual working had to walked through the process with someone that was over the phone, that wasnt really an issue but I had to literally talk on his phone to the guy walking through because the person working had no communication skills. Both friendly though. Just aggravating.
MISTY CTruck needs maintenance it needs an alignment as it handles very poorly. Constantly shifting the steering wheel right and left to stay in the center of the lane very hard to control extremely dangerous.
Christopher OI dropped my truck off at this location after a cross country move. The person that took care of us was extremely nice and very helpful. He made the whole process easy. I was very pleased (and relieved) when my move was complete. I highly recommend this location/staff.
