Tow dolly was covered in ice & snow. I had to park in my garage for several hours to unthaw the tire straps, and ramps.

Where we parked, the gas guage showed us as being exactly where it needed to be. However, the truck was moved and then checked and as a result, showed being below where it needed to be. So we were not only charged for gas, but charged a service charge. Being disputed. We were also charged an after hours charge for not using mobile check in. We had no cell service. Also being disputed. We have been dedicated U-Haul customers over the past 15 years and we have never left a vehicle dirty or without the proper amount of gas. I believe given the amount of money we have spent at U-Haul through the years, we would be given the benefit of the doubt. Very disappointed.
