Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWhile the trailer had functioning light system when picked up. The ground wire broke off at the connector by the time we drove 4 miles to where we loaded it. I temporarily fixed the connection and reported it when we turned it in. I have pictures if you want them.
David AEasy pickup and return. The truck was clean and in good working condition. Additional feedback regarding U-Haul as a whole, the U-Haul app process to take pictures of the truck is easy to use, just a little time consuming and requires space to take pictures.
Kelly DThe car hauler was functional. Had to inflate the passenger side rear tire that was low and the hold down ratchet on the drivers side worked fine when securing the vehicle. Did not work correctly when removing from the tire. Had to use a screwdriver to help remove the strap. Inspect trailer before renting
James HUhaul key dropbox should be placed in a place that is more visible/prominent. I had to tour the building 3 times before I saw that the key drop box was located in a container beside the offie building
