The worse U-Haul experience ever! I was over charged, exploited and engaged a very heated altercation for asking the staff to check the status of the equipment upon return. It’s saddening and frustrating to watch a company rep behaves in such a hostile manner.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisStaff was very friendly and helpful.
TAYLOR SThe truck waste clean and the back smelled like something died in it, but Christian was very friendly and took care of all my needs. I would recommend and utilize this location again.
Candice BNothing I had a good experience and will recommend that location to everyone.
NINA LThe ladies that I encountered during this interaction were very pleasant and practiced good customer service. My only complaint is that the back of the U-Haul that’s used to put your furniture and other personal items was dirty and dusty. I had to sweep it out myself.
