My reservation included a dolly. The location didn't have any dollys. I had to go to another place in Summer to rent one that made me use more minutes and caused me to use more time.

DAVID ANothing but great things to say. The week was really going bad. I was cranky ( not hateful, just cranky) when picking up the uhaul but the young lady behind the counter immediately changed the mood. When leaving, I did apologize for being cranky and she was very graceful and kind . The day of loading (Wednesday) , was horrible. The air was out at my storage unit and it was over 100 degrees so it took way longer than it should have. We were loading past midnight. Then on Thursday I arrived at my unit in Pensacola. I go in to look at my unit and it's mildewy and the air is out so it's not climate controlled either. I only have the truck for one more day. It was just stressful and everything was going wrong. I called Tiger Storage and LaShanta answered. She was extremely cheerful and pleasant and asked how I was. I told her wonderful, then said actually I'm not but it has nothing to do with you, so I'm wonderful. She asked how she could help and I told her the issues I'd been running into. I asked how much more it would be for me to keep the truck until Monday. ( I still needed to find a storage unit and arrange help to unload, since I had to cancel today's help due to a mildewy unit that I had to cancel.) LaShsnta told me how much extra it would be, explained that if I was able to resolve the issue by my original due date, uhaul would credit what they charged. Then she said, hold on a minute. She called someone, spoke about my issue and they said I could have the truck for the two extra days at no charge and they would add a few miles. This was such a blessing because I've been looking for a job for 2 months so I really did not have the extra money but I would have charged it if I had to. I was so greatful that it made me cry. Such a HUGE stress relief and the first positive outcome ALL week long. I wanted to fill out the survey for LaShanta but I was unable to get in. She was so cheerful and kind and a bright light at the end of the dark tunnel I was in.
SONDRA RLashaunta was fantastic! Stress-free, she was an angel! Really easy dropoff and she was also very kind and helpful when I realized I’d left an item in the truck. She really raised my spirits after a diffcult moving experience. Give this wonderful person a raise in pay! You will be blessed when you do!
