Jason WWas told they would be open memorial day that God i had a small motorcycle trailer was hard to get into lot had to push it in myself
Steven SI ordered blankets, and when I opened the truck, there were no blankets, and when I called U-Haul, they said it wasn't on the order. I said, yes it was I have a copy of it on my end. Turns out this location does not have blankets, and therefore they were just removed, and no one told me. The U-Haul location a mile away jumped in and had them ready to go, apologized for the inconvenience, and gave me a credit, which was so kind. Disaster diverted for sure. I appreciate everyone working together; they handled this for me so quickly. The guys we ordered to help load and unload were fantastic. Seriously, U-Haul has a one-stop shop for all your moving needs! I appreciate this, as I used it for my clients who sold their home.
Susan BThere were exposed wires. It doesn't look very nice. The drop box was fine.
