I reserved a truck over 1 week in advance and u haul changed my pick up location. I didnt want it so I rented a truck at a location I did want. On the day of the move, uhaul defaulted back to their pick. I had to call and get another location which made me 1/2 hour late for pick up. The uhaul dealer refused to adjust the time to make up for uhauls error. Instead if 4 yrs that I payed for, I had 3.5 and that caused us to leave a desk thats been in my family 100 years and a dining table thats 154 years behind . I now have 3 days to get it out or Im going to have to pay an additonal $145 storage unless I can find a self moving company that has a truck available and isnt going to be as horrible as this experience has been.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe gentleman at the pick up location was absolutely rude, had loud TV blaring while he was trying to check me in then was completely rude to my friend who was buying $30 worth of worth of merchandise. Kept helping other customers while I was trying to pick up my van and it took an extra 30 minutes, then he proceeded to demand that I move my truck so I could take pictures which I already knew. Barking orders at me and again was so disrespectful to my friend. I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever recommend anybody going to this pickup location again to deal with this gentleman. I tried to call customer service to complain immediately but it was closed on a Sunday.
