Don't get confused, they are a Off Road Parts/Service center across the street from a U-Haul company store. If you rent from Offroad Warehouse, they are an independent store and very capable of setting you set-up.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI set up this appointment through the U-Haul app with things I needed 2 dolly’s. Picked up truck and ask it everything in it I was told yes. I got to my place no dolly so I had to go back they stated I wasn’t charged for them. I had to pay for them and there was no appliance dolly like I order. Either the experience wasn’t a good one. I don’t want to blame the if the app fail or vice versa. You are a billionaire company get it right.
Earl SEveryone was super professional. The trailer looked brand new and was perfect for the truck that it was towing. I'll be back here again and have been letting others know. Thanks.
