Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHard to find, small area. It was clean enough but not inviting. Glad I had a friend with me
KASANDRA MNeed someone to be there when they say they will. Had to wait longer than needed. That said after he arrived he was very friendly and helpful.
KATHRYN WReally old and dirty truck - over 140K miles; A/C only worked half the time (on a 100-degree day). Shop wasn't open at 7am (scheduled pickup time); no instructions on where to put the combination lock that was on the back of the truck after I opened it to retrieve the key.
ROBERT HMissing blanket that I paid for. Charged extra because the mileage on the truck did not match what was in the system. Difficult to drive in as another truck was right at the tight spaced entrance.
