The truck was dirty, the air conditioning didn't work, the license plate light wasn't working, and the headlights provided very poor visibility.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt took 40 minutes to active my access approval while I was waiting at the store. Then, the gas had already 4 bars when I picked up the van. Also, the back was all dirty and I had to clean it before I put my belongings.
Cacilda TThe vehicle overheated on me a couple of time's that made me late on the return of the vehicle and when I showed the location of two different picture of the cluster. I was blown off.
ANTONIO HThe staff at the location was very nice, but the U-Haul experience was terrible compared to all previous experiences. U-Haul called and changed my reservation before pickup because the truck I chose was not at the location the website said it was at, the U-Haul system was down for 30 minutes when I tried to pick up the truck (not the pickup location's fault) which caused me to be late for my freight elevator at the new apartment, the pickup location was a neighborhood convenience store with a live bird on the counter much further from my initial ocation that the location I selected before U-Haul changed it, the U-Haul rep I called said I had to make a new reservation and gave me instructions that could not be followed (clicking buttons on the website that did not exist) but the system came back online while we were on the phone, and the truck was in terrible condition with broken bumpers. Wild.
