I was unable to check in on app which was before store opened. I had to wait over an hour for the store to open, I filled out the online pick up which took approx 15 minutes. Then I was told to go get the key out of the lock box. No lock box, no code, no key. I had to wait in line a half hour to get the key and now my movers, which are $200 an hour, waited for a hour and a half. That’s $300 out of my pocket. U-Haul only gave me a $50 credit. I should have received more than that as your company cost me a lot of money. I have NEVER have ever had a problem with U-Haul before this. I am still upset from this.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDisappointed they charged me for 4 gallons of gas. Brought back with the same Amount of gas that was in it at pick up. Paid almost $1,000 dollars for my 2 day rental. Also brought the truck back 3 hours early as Ace hardware called me and said they needed back for another rental. Cannot believe they charged me for four lousy gallons of gas on a $1,000 rental.
