Christopher GDoing the pickup before hours was a time consuming, brutal process that did not work for me. So much information had to be entered on the phone and I kept getting bumped out. I never figured out how to get the key to the truck. I was saved by the good person at Devon Self Storage who managed to work out the process in person and get me the key. I recommend Devon Self-storage but won't attempt the nightmarish off hours process to get a truck again. I star for the process, 5 stars for the person who helped me.
