Nathan BThe location is almost unattended and unsupervised. Upon arrival, all lock boxes had been opened and I could not pickup my vehicle since keys were absent, except for the 26’ truck. I had rented the 9’ van instead. The truck loading gate was also open, and it was unclean. I received an extra charge of $17.55 on top of all this from the original $59.25. Overall, terrible experience.
SANTIAGO NMake sure vehicle doors are closed and that the directions in the app as to where things are located are correct (i.e. key Dropbox, key lockers, etc.)
