Was not my first choice to pick up, but he was great to work with. I had measured a same size trailer before reserving and I believe this one was 2-3 inches narrower at the door opening, but we made it work. Drop off was a breeze.

Jason was very helpful and friendly when we picked up the truck.
CHERYL AAfter I reached my destination, I accidently locked keys in vehicle. Called UHaul in Schererville IN for help, a big UHaul Facility to ask for a duplicate key just to unlock my door willing to pay for tech to come over at break and unlock only 7 miles away. Told me I had to call UHaul road service so I did. Road service wanted $200. Called area pop-a-lock and it cost me $125.... Rented mine at UHaul in Mountain Home AR, good man easy to work with
