Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisHad a slightly frustrating experience because self pick up & return is extremely difficult at a place with nearly zero cell service and no WiFi. Hard to understand in downtown Milford (not the fault of the owner), but WiFi should be available in light of bad cell service. It would also be helpful if UHaul told you in advance what you need to pick up. Like I did not have my passport with me….But once I got it the vehicle was fine & price was reasonable.
Meredith HThe man at this location was very rude. Asked if I could use his restroom he barked back NO ! I don’t allow the public in my bathroom. Was directed to a laundromat 200 yards up the street. When I left with the rental unit, what a nightmare. The trucks are out behind his establishment down a dirt road which is partially washed out
Daniel RWe got moved to this location due to availability. While on route got called to get the lorry and trailer ready, got there and they were.
Valeria RMr coffee made my experience quick and easy. Nothing to improve upon
