The people were nice, it was very easy to navigate the system and process, however, the engine light was on and the truck had a hard time accelerating and going over 30
Kelly DI picked up the truck at Milford, PA and met a pleasant young lady who helped me with checking out. I will absolutely use this location from now on because of the customer service. Upon returning the truck to the Johnstown location, I completed the self check out due to it being Sunday and after hours. Oh! The return assistant help line was very busy, therefore, Ms. Renee Keslar guided me through the entire process over the phone (Lovely and Patient Lady). The following day, I called the Johnstown office to confirm that they had all of the required photographs and I then spoke with Brad; a very knowledgable and polite young man. The entire process was wonderful and this is the reason I continue to rent from U-Haul...They are awesome!
Shawndelle HWhen i reserved the van no one told me about the self check in using the App. I lost 1.5 hours trying to contact uhaul and find out how I get the keys. Directions for check in should have been emailed to me
