Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis small operation is much easier, friendly, responsive, and efficient than any of the large facilities I have been to before. I will continue to seek him out first and recommend him to my friends.
John BThe keys to the vehicle were not available at the pickup time.
BRIAN HThere was something wrong with the store’s connection - someone at U-Haul said their server was down. I had to use my phone to go through the app, which was not the easiest. This was not the store’s fault - they were wonderful. Everything else was great. I rented a brand new van and it was perfect!
PATRICIA MThe van was dirty and had items left inside from a previous renter. The clerk forged my name on the contract and accepted things I did not work.
