This is a small shop with limited supplies. The main u-haul branch was 2 miles away and for some reason they had me pick up my truck at this small neighborhood shop, which made no sense. He didn't have enough supplies so I had to go to the main location after.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey charged me $24 for gas and I left the gas meter exactly where it was when I picked it up. Half. I even told the staff member when he asked me.
Masi AInitially usb didnt work and i had to swap to a different truck
gopal CCompany was padlocked shut and a paper sign said “Laundry “. The telephone number given was disconnected. I spent over 4 hours on chat and phone without resolution. The next day I spent about 2 hours and finally got the regional manager. After a few more hours he confirmed the Open account was closed.
Dave CThe U-Haul smelled like smoke so bad. My daughter has asthma and had a very hard time breathing. We had to drive 6 hours with the window open in the heat. There was trash in the truck and a paper from some other previous driver. For $612 that is unacceptable.
