Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was a little hard to find their office but they were friendly and very efficient. Trailer was as promised and easy to drop off after hours.
TIMOTHY MDoor has grease on it which transferred to one of our suitcases. We brought it back a day early and I still haven’t received the credit.
Rosemarie DWe dropped off the trailer in the pouring rain and had been given the wrong code for the lock box so stood there fritzing with the box and getting soaked. We finally called again and they gave us the right code. Then, to add insult to injury, they didn’t acknowledge that we returned the trailer for two days and we were charged an extra day. So I had to call to get that reversed. On top of all the other issues we experienced, this was the worst rental ever!
Joanne HNOTHING, everything was great!
