I am extremely disappointed in my experience.. The truck was driven less than a mile total and I was told the gas went from 7/8 to 3/4. IMPOSSIBLE! They charged me $8 for gas. Obviously ,the old guy manager can't read a gas gauge. He literally through me out of the store after he escalated the situation. He threatened to ban me from ever renting a UHaul again. The vehicle was also dirty on the inside.

ANTHONY FDeal with someone who has knowledge of the service, size of ball it takes and make sure all lights and turn signals work properly. We told them about light and turn signal issues but was told to just let them know when we turn it in so we wouldn’t be charged. Wasn’t happy!!
