The pick up location I ended up with was good, however I did not like that I ordered it for oak creek, then it got transferred to St.Francis then the night before it got transferred to Milwaukee. Then when I called the number of the reservation the last I talked with was super rude about it until she actually called the store in St.Francis and found out that they lied and said I asked for it to be changed to Milwaukee when I had not and they just messed something up and didn't want to own up to it.JACOB Z.

They're over charged me $48 dollars for no reason I drove for just 2 miles but I have my all evidence and Ill take them to court.MUHAMMED H.
I'm a stickler for customer service. The employee (who had a general manager shirt) who helped me was friendly and informative. She was helpful not only to me, but to many others in the main store while another employee was helping outside. As my interaction was starting, the general manager told a different employee that a couple things had to be done and that someone needed propane outside. While it was a very busy and warm day, and I have a lot of empathy for jobs that are dealing with the public, the employee who responded spoke under his breath and was very upset. I could not tell if it was because managing the propane transactions was difficult or if he was rebelling against her leadership. It was disappointing to experience. While employees certainly have a right to complain (who hasn't vented about their job?!?), they could use a reminder not to do it in the main store or in the presence of customers. I will say that, personally, I've received outstanding service every time I've gone to this location. It is why I always go back, despite it being out of my way. Big thanks to those three employees who have worked with me over the last month. They were super!!MARY F.
FILL THE TRUCKS WITH GAS! It sucks when you get something half a tank and we have to guess how much gas will take to bring it back to half. In order to do this we will, invariably, add more gas than we used. It's unfair the customer should pay when a previous customer didn't fill the tank and an employee didn't top if off so you know how much to charge that previous customer for not doing the right thing. Fix this, and you're perfect. Let it keep going this way and you're just lazy and asking someone else to pay for that.CHRIS R.

The truck was missing two dollies and furniture pads when we originally picked it up but we went back and got them.ROSS G.
It took three tries to find a trailer that worked. The first had bad tail lights, the second had a door that wouldn't close and the third had existing body damage. In addition, when I returned the trailer, they made me back it into a spot which is not required at other locations. Finally, it took several calls and an additional day to receive a receipt confirming the return. I will be seeking out a different location to frequent.Michael James O.
When doing 24/7 make sure the staff leaves the keys in box or lock or what ever secure location you use to retrieve key. That way customers don't loose time waiting hours until location opens.EDGAR R.
I had a 6 x 12 ramp trailer reserved and when I got there they didn't have any. I ended up with a smaller trailer for the same amount of money and it required me to make more trips. I sent an email to U-Haul asking about the $50 guarantee but have had no reply.SEAN O.
