Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is an unsafe area of Milwaukee. The man working was nice but the customers were sketchy. We had to go behind bullet proof glass to sign up. The building was filthy! I would never go to this location again. My husband wouldn’t leave location until I could leave. I ordered from your very nice location in Menomonee Falls. I expected a truck to be there. I don’t think this location represents UHaul the way you want it to.
Lori Lvery friendly
Kevin LCustomer service was awful. Truck was filthy, clearly not swept prior. The location was a mess. The clerk was not helpful and could barely communicate. I handed the keys back and was simply told, ok. No receipt, no questions, they didn't even look to see if I dropped the truck off. The app refused to let me upload photos after numerous attempts. I filled up with more gas than I used and now I'm being charged for 5 gallons of fuel. This experience could not have been worse.
