I was charged extra fees, absolutely worst experience. I called the customer support and there was no proper response. I have to wait for 72 hours to get a reply now.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisSammy was helpful in booking the vehicle , I believe the UHaul system was the issue that I could not get the delivery of the vehicle on time. In my process to search for the vehicle, I had communication with Elaine from customer service , she was very rude and had no customer service skills to speak to a customer. She shall get some training.
