Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWater damage items inside enclosed "weather resistant" trailer I rented an enclosed water- resistant U-Haul trailer for a cross-country move. The trailer was parked in my driveway while it was raining. After the weather passed, I noticed the trailer had leaked water and most of my content sustained moderate damage. Pictures were taken and provided to U-Haul to claim damages. They sent it to their insurance company, Repwest Insurance. They reject the claim and deny any responsibility for damages. After an appeal to their decision and numerous calls to U-Haul, they stop returning messages. U-Haul will not cover damages of customer's content caused by their faulty equipment. My items were in a U-Haul enclosed water-resistant trailer parked in my driveway.

Chad WDebra was a huge help and she did such a great job making sure that everything was seen through start to finish. I will recommend the Courtwright location to anybody who mentions needing any moving rental services. A+++ service.
Steve RNothing that I can think of. The person that helped us was super knowledgeable about the process and she is super nice.
