Truck rental was good. A lot of steps taking pictures which is understandable but a little bothersome in the rain. The location was quick and easy, but it wasn’t nice having to call a number for someone to show up while standing in the rain. Overall great experience, main point was the quickness of being able to hit the roads!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI ordered moving blankets and a furniture dolly with the truck. Days after placing the reservation I received a message that the additional equipment was not available. This should have been disclosed during the ordering process so I had advance opportunity to secure the needed equipment elsewhere. This is the second consecutive rental at this location where there was no upfront transparency about additional equipment not becoming available. If the location only wants to rent trucks, it should disclose upfront.
Robert OOnline check-in process was difficult. Called and received assistance.
Miriam PThe young lady who process estimate request and later accepted, my return, was very pleasant to deal with ,explained everything in detail that I had to do and was responsible for, was easy to understand, (even without my hearing aids on!) and thoroughly accommodating. She was the sole person to represent this location and because of her, it deserved that excellent rating above.
CHARLES RVery easy to return the truck and the staff was friendly
