This was not even the location I was supposed to pick up at. When I arrived at my scheduled location there was no equipment available. This was after already downgrading the equipment from my original booking. This ended up costing me time and money. Really horrible customer service from u-haul.

ABDALLAH BThe people working there had no idea what they were doing/how the process worked and had very poor customer service and had I not called U-Haul myself to get it taken care of they would've ripped me off. I definitely would not recommend this location. I have rented from the mountain road location many times, the staff there was always knowledgeable kind and courteous, I've also rented at various other locations and never experienced the level of incompetents I did at five o
DAVID EThey don't have any idea for the availability of trucks for rent. It is supposed to pick up the truck that i reserved at 4:30PM and when i went there i didn't find anything. Waste of time on that location.
