There was an issue with our equipment not being there for pick up but personnel were very helpful in trying to fix the situation.

Raymond PClean the interior of the windshield. Dont leave the hood unsecured. Do regular engine maintenace so they have a vehicle they can rely on with everything you own in the back. This was the roughest riding vehicle ive ever driven.NOT A GENTLE RIDE VAN
Susan LPerson helping did know how and had to call for help. This slowed the process down. U-Haul app. I have used it twice and both times I can’t figure out how to do everything in the app without having to communicate with a person. Both times I have not been able to get all information uploaded, example is DL. This would better my overall experience. Thank you
