We were very pleased with the service we received at the Monroe UHaul location especially after our extremely disappointing experience at the initial pickup location ( Princeton Airport) where we were unable to pick up our truck since they never left the key and the offices were closed!! Even though this made us lose 1.5 hours on our schedule, Shari O. at the Monroe location (as well as Dawn from your Customer Service call center) did everything they could to make things right for us and provided us with excellent customer service which is indeed rare these days- Kudos to them! Also, we were promised a $50 rebate on our contract.MARC S.
The assigned return site was an hour drive from the move site. The access drive off of Rt. 33 was completely block by a tractor trailer delivering supplies to the U-haul yard. The attendant did not properly receive the dropped off truck. Instead I was instructed to park it along the curb and leave the keys in the truck. I asked for paper work and was told I was clear and it would be handled. That then cost me two hours of my time on hold when calling customer service to explain that the truck was returned.ALBERT P.

The location was great BUT the experience prior to that was very upsetting - we were set to pick up a truck in Pittsburgh and found out 6:00 the night before that there were no trucks available so we had to pick the truck up in NJ and drive it to Pitsburgh - having said that you did give us a discount and we appreciate that!Gary H.
The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. She was however completely alone and quite over worked. When I went to drop the vehicle off, she said just to give her the key and she will take care of things. When I didnt get the bill, I called the 1-800-go-uhaul number and they said I have to go back to the Monroe location, since the system was showing that I hadnt returned the vehicle. When I went back, the agent explained to me that she was alone and she was trying to catch up. She completed it then. Corrected that I dont get charged for an extra day and finally I had the bill and contract closed. I did have to pay for the extra miles.RAKESH K.

You can have more facilities in vehicle eg backup camera, sensors in mirror. Basic things available in cars now a days. Vehicle did it's job. Driving experience can be improved with such basic features. There are opportunities for improving driving experience.Vimal P.
The office attendee was great and extremely helpful. But, I reserved a 15 ft truck and when I arrived I was informed that truck was broken and my only option was a 10 ft. For better customer service I should have been alerted sooner.Jason P.

Women took uhaul from my husband said everything was okay and no charges will be charged , 2-3 hours after drop off they charge my card 83 dollars. I never okayd it and was told I wouldn't be charged.Eric L.

I have returned the vehicle within 1 day but they charged me for 3 days. Vehicle is not at all clean.DILEEP REDDY D.
Don't accept a reservation and then call to say you can't provide the vehicle. This happened twice for the same rental. If you are going to do a 24/7 rental then send the proper lock code and have the key in the lock box. I had to wait for the location to open in order to get the key.Michael P.
