Heriberto M.The location was closed, locked, and gated except a front lot that had a U-Haul truck parked. I called customer service to confirm I could follow the steps/video for trailer returns. Customer service confirmed there was no further action needed and my pictures confirmed the drop off. I got a call about 30 minutes later from a rude lady telling me what I should and shouldn't do. She tried telling me to come back to move it behind the locked gate and that my return isn't complete because it wasn't where they wanted it. I had already confirmed with customer service that my return was complete. She tried to lie to me and was disrespectful throughout the phone call. I'll never use this location.
