Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avis* Everything was good. The key descriptive words are "easy reservation" and "affordable to rent." * Put testimonials on the side of trucks or on tabletop advertising inside office. * Link received via text expired before I could do a pre-use inspection.
VAN AThey need to record their gas tank more accurately before they gige out their vehicles. I returned the vehicle with more gas than it originally had yet they charged me $13 because they claimed it was originally on the first line of the tank which isn’t true at all. Maybe give out the vehicle next time with a full tank so people return it with a full tank that way you don’t steal from your customers by being untruthful with how much the tank had.
MAHMOUD DEverything went smoothly checking out the vehicle, very helpful and great customer service. Will definitely be returning here for future reservations.
JAMES PNo instructions were sent on how to drop off the truck. No numbers available to call. Had to call multiple numbers to get a hold of someone that knew what to do since this location was closed as well at time of dropoff.
