I’m just disappointed that I was told via chat that someone would come service the gas gauge. No one got back to me regarding the matter and the fact that I returned the truck with more gas than I received it. The gauge was faulty so I was worried it would show less gas so I overcompensated.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing, location took excellent care of me!
Allen CEquipment had trash (not a lot) inside and was very dusty. Truck itself seemed to be in good working order, considering the amount of miles and compared to other uhauls I've used. My biggest issue was not really with the location, per se, but the app. What a pain that was! In terms of our rental, everything was there that we asked for in the reservation, so that's good. I have had other locations call me the morning of and say a truck wasn't available! The location was very convenient for us, so assuming we could go on a day someone is there and not have to use the app, I would use this location again.
Rebecca DPlace is not always manned. I needed help during working hours and there was no one there.
Melvin SDaniel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He is a true professional. I had a great experience. I would recommend them to everyone I can. Thank you !!!
