I was told this location would have equipment ready for me by U-Haul, as they had to change my pickup location to here. Upon getting to the location, they were not open (8 am pickup,10:30 open time), so my reservation had to be switched to a self-checkout, and the return date was not entered correctly (1 day early)
William AThey are super laid back, and was super pleasant to work with. The workers were definitely awesome and helpful as they walked me through the process as it was my first time using U-haul. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back in the area but if I ever need to rent one, they would be the first place I’ll think of.
