We had booked our rental for pick up on 7350 Ste Anne de Bellevue, Montreal qc and so we made our way at this location on the Friday Jan.29,2021 and once there they said we had to pick up at other location 8101 Boul. Montreal. It would've been appreciated to hv had an email or a call to inform us address we entered as the pick up location was not going to be it. We were rushing to pick up and start our day but had to go elsewhere. But I must say the girl that served us that morning very friendly and also at our drop off very nice 👍

i rented a trailer with was filled with snow. the uhaul rep shoveled it out which was nice, but it obvs left a layer of ice and snow in the bottom of the trailer. trailers should be tarped or kept under a roof to prevent this in winter months.

I had to wait more than one hour to get the truck. It is way too long. It does not make sence to wait that long. There was not that much people in line. Just no staff. the guy had to do everithing including installing trailers on cars... and we had to wait...

Have more personnel as wait time to pick up the reserved truck was an hour. We had a reservation for 8am & arrived at 7:50am. There were 3 clients ahead of us & no personnel on site for at least the first 15 minutes we were there. It took 1 hour before we passed to get our truck even if it took us less than 5 minutes to pass at the counter. After that all went well. Thank you

J'ai rapporté la remorque une heure après avoir quitter le uhaul. On m'a demandé si ça a bien été et j'ai dit non, mon vtt ne peut pas embarquer dans la remorque la tailgate a l'arrière est trop étroite. On me répond, dommage et on ne charge la pleine location sans me proposer d'alternatives. Arrivé chez moi, je vois sur votre site qu'une remorque plus grande (pour voiture) m'aurait convenu et que cette dernière était disponible. Ça m'aurait fait plaisir de payer la différence, mais non, j'ai perdu une partie de ma journée a me chercher une autre remorque. Je prend ça comme une leçon de vie à 52$ et je remarque que le service a la clientèle n'est plus ce qu'il était. Dommage !

First of all - I think it is absurd that I reserved a vehicle more than two weeks in advance at a different location in Montreal, only to receive an email the night before the reservation telling me that it is at a different location more than twice the distance from my residence. What is the point in making a reservation? If there is not a vehicle at the location selected during the reservation, it should be the responsibility of UHaul to transport a vehicle to that location. It is a global pandemic, and I had to ask a friend to drive me to the West Island at 7:30 in the morning because the location within walking distance did not have any trucks for me. Again - if I woke up and suddenly decided I wanted to rent a UHaul that day or the following, sure, that's one thing. But to book a vehicle at a particular location weeks in advance and then receive absolutely no empathy or assistance after being on the phone for FIFTY MINUTES is reprehensible. And though that experience was bad enough on its own, it was even more confusing than that, because the p/u location was listed as DIFFERENT ADDRESSES at the same time in the email confirmation versus on my UHaul account, thus requiring me to spend all that time on the phone only to eventually confirm this terrible outcome. This was an awful experience. And to make matters even worse, upon arriving at the location the morning of the rental, the automatic door to the storefront was non-functional, and there was no employee inside to let me in. I had to lurk all around the entire building for about ten minutes in sub-freezing temperatures in December to catch somebody's attention and gesture wildly toward the door to let me in. This fellow was nice enough when I finally had a chance to interact with him, but this is absurd! Overall I was incredibly disappointed with this experience and will absolutely not rent a UHaul again.

Check the truck properly and make sure it's working smoothly because I had a hard time driving the truck. It kept going it's own way even with my hard effort to keep the truck moving straight. The customer service guy Daro was extremely rude. How can a person naturally be so disrespectful let's forget i was a customer. Let's say i was just a passerby and needed help. Can you say politely that please I can't help you now but my colleagues will gladly do tomorrow and it's late??? Does saying that cause anyone a dime??? Daro treatment my husband and myself like trash. We were so so disappointed in his service. But overall the location is great but the truck we used was not working properly we managed it anyway. If I really want to go detailing about my inconvenience with the service on the 19Dec.2020. Then I'll go on and on. For now please do tell the customer service agent Daro who made our experience even worse to please treat people like human beings. I would recommend this location but tell people to be aware of the vehicle and Daro. Thank you

I told them I need the car until 19:00 pm They put the time of return at 16:15 without my consent and without any notice. So I was charged for 2 days I had to call customer service and they fixed it I would like to thank the u haul administration

The Trailer I had was a 6 x12 open unit. The floor had not been swept out from the last time it was used. The trailer also either had dragging brakes or wheel bearings that desperately needed grease since my truck worked harder to pull this trailer that weighs a mere 1600lbs compared to my travel trailer that weighs 7000lbs and my truck doesn't even know that it is there. Please check the trailer axles before the next rental.

The wait time was crazy. The poor guy was alone and had to run in and out but there was a limit to how fast he could go. He was amazingly courteous and efficient though. Frankly, we could have stolen items as the store was alone and there was 3-4 people in line. I know it can be hard to predict customers appearing and it probably can' t be foreseen. Don' t worry, I am honest and watched everyone! I thought I was 45 minutes early but that is how long it took. And I had reserved on line

Staff of these locations are oblivious that their purpose is to service customers. It takes far too long to pick up or drop off a rental regardless of whether you check in online or do it at the counter. It really is painful… Sorry to say... my experience with U-Haul locations truly is dismal...

There is no key drop box. It was night and I had to search for a half hour before I saw a little sign on the garage door giving instructions to put the keys in a little mail slot cut into the door. I was not pleased with this.
