I was very frustrated as I arranged a pick up near my home for a reason. I reserved the truck far in advance, yet it was not available and I had to drive 35.8 miles out of our way one way. This change created a hardship from the get go - and cost me money I was not planning on putting out there. Very frustrating.
Jonathan BI called the day before and asked the location to make sure that the 2 wheel furniture Dollie’s were in the truck. She assured me she would go out and put them in the truck. When I arrived to pick up the truck via the app they were not in the truck. I was sent to another location to pick up the Dollie’s. They only had one that I ordered and offered an appliance dolly instead. I took it but was not what I wanted and didn’t work as well. Very disappointed in lip service I got from this location.
Bruce HThe actual u-haul office needs a sign so you can clearly find the very helpful, professional and welcoming staff. The truck I hired needed a clean - the cab was pretty dirty - but this is kind of standard when hiring this kind of vehicle. Overall, the service was great, the truck was great and i will be using this office again for sure. Bonus points for the girl on duty whose name i cant recall - very good service, a credit to you.
