The only issue is that they didn't have any blankets that i had ordered for the move.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe cabin was caked in mud. We spent a good deal of time cleaning up and washing mud off. I have pictures of what I am talking about. Can we have someone reach out to us about this? We feel we should be credited because we spent time and energy and cleaning supplies to make this truck useable for the next customer.
TIMOTHY KOur return after hours was awful. We were not provided with any code upon return of the truck. The truck was supposed to be parked behind a gate with a code. We were not given any code. I called customer service but U-Haul was closed. We had to wait for an individual to let us into the facility that was going their for their own unit and then got locked in the gate and had to wait for a different individual to come and let us out that was going to their facility. Very poorly managed regarding the return process. Had we not called, left messages, and did not have anyone come by, we would have been charged even more than we already were. Awful experience
Bridget DExperience was excellent!
Tracy MI’ve rented U-Haul trucks before but this was the first time I completed the rental completely online, which is so much easier. The truck was clean and like new, only 15k miles on it. I am 100% satisfied with the whole process.
