The truck was not super clean, cab floor lots of dirt and windshield was full of bugs so I had to clean before driving and the rear storage compartment of the truck the floor was dirty, as it hadn't been swept out. I was supposed to pick up the truck on Macs Hardware in Fargo on main that I requested because close to my daughters apartment but day before it changed to Moorhead pickup. The truck ran great and the after hours drop off that night worked great as I couldn't get there before it closed at 5pm. Good experience. The U-Haul People who I engaged were friendly and helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing about this rental went right. No equipment in preferred pickup. Asked to pickup equipment in locations not open on weekends. After 5 days of talking with customer service I asked for a 1 way rental. They set up a local rental for 4 days 70 miles from my location. When I returned at the place that I had worked out with customer service, they charged me over $380 for a $35 rental saying I dropped it in the wrong location. This rental went wrong in every manner possible and no one could get a single thing that I asked for right.

Bill GThe equipment was clean but the truck was already dented in several locations and the truck had an oil leak. The tires also appeared to be getting very close to needing replaced. I do not blame the business, I blame U-Haul for poor service records.
