This office location is in a very busy liquor store and the person who helped me was trying to wait on customers while also helping me rent the van. I think he needs a second person to help. But, he was very nice and helped me get on my way quickly and easily with no hassle. I really appreciated that.

gustavo M.I was charged for 2 days, and I only had the truck for 6 hours (11AM to 5PM). When I received the bill there was a charge of $25 that I had not authorized. Very dirty truck and there were some maintenance issues on the dashboard. I was charged $98, and the bill should have only been around $50.
