The hitch wasn’t in the greatest shape. Make sure you have someone with strength to attach it to the vehicle. Would be nice if the trailers had a leg on the hitch rather than having to lift it

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe had to drive 45 minutes (each way) out of our way. The reimbursement for it didn't make up for the travel time for two of us to go there and back. Add to that, the truck was damaged and the door didn't entirely open. The guy at Snow Hut was really friendly and helpful, but I wasn't impressed with UHaul.

Wish I would have got his name😞He owned Snowhit I believe in Moose Jaw Sask and I even got an ice cream after I return the truck. I paid for the ice cream but was one of the best ice creams I had.
Sherese GThis dealer was unhelpful when I dropped off the trailer. It also wasn't clear where to park the trailer as there were no other U-Haul trucks or trailers on site and there was no marked drop-off area.
